Roles: Live chat support and customer service
We are looking for friendly, beginner-level people to join our remote support team. You will help customers by answering chat messages, looking up order details, and resolving simple questions. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you will do:
• Respond to customer chats in a calm, helpful way
• Help customers find products and track orders
• Update order records and note any issues
• Keep the chat workspace organized
• Work with teammates to solve problems quickly
Skills/background needed:
• A positive attitude and good communication
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn new systems
• No degree or previous experience required
