We are looking for friendly, client-focused people to join our team as Entry Level Relationship Bankers. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role where full training is provided and no prior banking experience is required. If you enjoy helping people and building relationships, this is a great place to start.
Roles: Support clients by understanding their needs and recommending helpful financial solutions. Build lasting relationships through clear, friendly communication. Educate clients on simple digital and online banking tools. Learn products and procedures with full training, and connect clients to specialists when needed. Follow all policies and compliance requirements.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and some evenings.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. A high school degree or equivalent is helpful. Good communication skills and a willingness to learn are the most important things. Full training is provided, including support to complete any required licensing within the programme.
