We are looking for a beginner-friendly financial planning and reporting assistant to help improve a cash flow forecasting and reporting process. This is a fully remote role with full training provided — no prior experience is required.
Roles: Review an Excel-based forecasting workbook, spot slow or repetitive steps, and help redesign the workflow for speed and accuracy. Support recurring budget and profit-and-loss updates, improve reporting outputs, and document the process clearly so it can be maintained after handover.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing project engagement.
Skills/background needed: Comfort with spreadsheets and basic financial reporting. Willingness to learn workflow improvement and automation basics. Attention to detail and clear communication. Full training provided — no degree or prior experience necessary.
