We are looking for a friendly, beginner-level Small Business Relationship Manager to support small business clients remotely. No prior experience is required — full training is provided, and you will learn everything you need to succeed.
What you’ll do:
• Reach out to new small business clients and build strong ongoing relationships.
• Have discovery conversations to understand each client’s goals, needs, and growth opportunities.
• Recommend suitable financial solutions and services.
• Keep track of client accounts and flag any developing risks.
• Work with internal teams to support timely reporting and good client outcomes.
• Handle client concerns and connect them with specialists when needed.
