Roles: Service Writer
We are looking for friendly, organised people to join our team as Service Writers. In this entry-level role, you will talk with customers about their vehicle needs and recommend the right services, helping each visit run smoothly and safely. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
What you will do:
• Speak with customers about their vehicle concerns and explain service options in plain language
• Recommend diagnostic and mechanical services based on each customer’s needs
• Help keep work flowing safely and efficiently
• Build a positive, welcoming experience for every customer
Skills/background needed:
• A friendly, helpful manner and good communication
• Willingness to learn – full training provided
• Basic computer comfort (Google Docs, email)
• A driver’s licence
• No prior experience necessary
Contract length: Full-time and part-time options available, with flexible hours.
