Technical Writer
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to create and maintain clear documentation for our software tools. This is a fully remote role, and full training is provided, so no prior experience is required.
Role Overview
As a Technical Writer, you will help users understand our products by writing user guides, troubleshooting guides, and training materials. You will turn technical ideas into simple, friendly language and work with product, development, and support teams to gather information and check your work.

• Write and update user guides, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
• Gather information from product notes and team discussions.
• Work with product, development, and support teams.
• Follow style guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage document versions and keep up with product updates.
• Take part in documentation reviews and testing.
Skills/background needed:
• A willingness to learn technical writing and documentation.
• Good writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical ideas in simple language.
• Comfort working independently and with a team.
• Basic familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets is helpful.
