We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly documentation for software products. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided – no prior experience necessary.
What you will do:
Write and maintain user manuals, guides, and help articles. Work with engineers and product teams to understand features and gather information. Turn complex technical details into simple, accessible content. Create tutorials and supplementary materials to support users. Keep documentation accurate, consistent, and up to date. Take part in reviews and apply feedback. Help improve documentation processes.
Skills/background needed:
A clear writing style and a willingness to learn. Comfort using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic online tools. Good communication and the ability to work independently from home. Attention to detail and an interest in making technical topics easy to understand. Training is provided, so a strong portfolio is not required.
