This is a paid freelance, fully remote writing role. You will create original book-related content for a large online audience.
Roles: Most of the work is recommendation and ranking lists, plus book news and feature articles. Please note this is not a book reviewer position.
What you’ll do:
Write list and feature articles following full training and mentorship. Cover current and upcoming book releases and book news. Stay on top of new releases across multiple genres. Brainstorm, pitch, and develop original content ideas. Communicate actively with the team.
Skills/background needed:
A genuine love of books and reading across more than one genre. Interest in keeping up with new and upcoming releases. Comfort with the list format and fast turnaround times. A quick learner with a strong sense of urgency. Excellent written English free of grammar and spelling errors. Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. A degree or equivalent experience is helpful but not essential.
Rate: Competitive entry-level rate, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Freelance, flexible schedule.
Location: Remote work worldwide (United States preferred)
