We’re seeking a Regulatory Medical Writer to join a fully remote team producing clinical documentation for early-phase oncology trials. This is an ideal role for someone with medical writing experience ready to deepen expertise in regulatory clinical trial documents, or for a Medical Writing Associate stepping into a lead writing position.
What you’ll do:
Write, edit, review and quality-check clinical study reports and investigator brochures. Manage the preparation and scheduling of clinical documentation packages, ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with project teams on protocols, data review, and clinical trial disclosures. Liaise across departments to meet document delivery timelines and maintain updated trial documentation.
Skills/background needed:
Experience in medical or scientific writing, with knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trial documents. A science background or equivalent scientific writing experience is essential. Strong proofreading skills, attention to detail, and confident communication are important. Project management experience and familiarity with early-phase oncology trials are beneficial but not required. We encourage applications from candidates still building their expertise—training will be provided.
