We’re hiring a Technical Writer to create clear, well-organized documentation that helps users understand products and processes. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build your writing career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
You’ll work with engineers, designers, and project managers to turn complex information into easy-to-follow manuals, guides, and procedural documents. No prior technical writing experience is necessary—we provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed.
What you’ll do:
• Write and edit technical documents including manuals, guides, and reference materials
• Meet with team members to learn about products and processes
• Research and understand products thoroughly before writing about them
• Assess audience needs and adjust your writing style and technical language accordingly
• Plan your writing process and manage deadlines
• Work with designers to create diagrams, charts, and visual aids that support your documentation
• Gather feedback from colleagues and customers to continuously improve your work
• Present complex information in clear, concise language
Skills and background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to break down complex information into simple, clear explanations
• Comfortable meeting deadlines and working independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• A willingness to learn and grow in a technical writing role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in writing, communications, or related fields is a plus but not required
