Bid Writer

We’re seeking a Bid Writer to join a proposals team supporting the production of compelling, compliant tender submissions across construction, new build, remediation, and retrofit projects.
The Role
You’ll manage and deliver persuasive, client-focused tender submissions working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include gathering technical and commercial information, writing clear and compelling responses tailored to client requirements, editing contributions from other teams for clarity and compliance, maintaining response libraries and standardised formats, producing high-quality submission documents, and ensuring all bids are delivered on time and fully compliant.
Skills/background needed:
You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and experience managing multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools such as Canva is essential. Experience or interest in the construction industry is beneficial but training will be provided. Full training in bid processes and our systems is included for the right candidate.
This is a fully remote role. You’ll work from home and collaborate with teams across regions using digital tools and video calls.
