We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create and improve documentation for our platform services, APIs, and infrastructure. You’ll work with product, engineering, and support teams to transform complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-follow guides for developers and users.
In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams, work with code examples and architecture diagrams, and test workflows to ensure your documentation is accurate and genuinely helpful. You’ll be part of a learning-focused environment where clarity and detail matter.
What you’ll do:
Write and maintain technical documentation for APIs, infrastructure services, and platform features. Work with engineering and product teams to understand complex systems. Create diagrams, code examples, and step-by-step guides. Test documentation workflows for accuracy. Improve existing docs for clarity and usability.
What you’ll need:
Strong writing skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Comfort reading and working with code (no coding required). Experience with developer-facing documentation is a plus but not required. Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Markdown, or WordPress is helpful. Full training will be provided.
