We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly documentation for medical devices. You’ll work with teams to transform complex technical information into instructions and guides that help healthcare professionals and patients use products safely and effectively.
What you’ll do:
• Write clear Instructions for Use and other documentation for medical devices, following content guidelines and working with teams across the company.
• Maintain style guides and glossaries to keep terminology consistent across digital and print materials.
• Support the use of content management systems and structured authoring processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build alignment on documentation strategies.
• Help improve processes and identify ways to make content creation more efficient.
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with structured authoring, XML, or content management systems (preferred but not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, collaborative working style.
• Comfort learning new tools and processes quickly.
• Experience in regulated or clinical environments is a plus, as is medical writing background.
Full training will be provided. You’ll work from home, fully remote, with a supportive team environment and opportunities to develop your skills.
