Duties
Develop comprehensive technical documentation including user manuals, system guides, and online help content tailored for different audiences.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather technical information and turn complex concepts into clear language.
Use content management systems and documentation tools to organize, update, and maintain accurate technical materials.
Create visual aids such as diagrams and flowcharts to enhance understanding of technical processes.
Edit and proofread all content carefully to ensure clarity and consistency.
Research new technologies and industry practices to keep documentation current and relevant.
Work with development teams to align documentation efforts with project timelines.
Skills/background needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for document creation and editing.
Strong editing and proofreading skills to refine complex information into accessible formats.
Ability to interpret technical information and communicate it effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.
Excellent communication skills in English to articulate ideas clearly across teams.
Strong research capabilities to stay updated on emerging technologies.
Basic diagramming skills are a plus.
No prior professional experience is required. Full training will be provided, and we welcome applications from entry-level candidates eager to develop their technical writing skills.
