We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join a fully remote team creating documentation for cybersecurity programs. You’ll work with subject matter experts and engineers to produce user guides, manuals, standard operating procedures, and training materials for both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you’ll do:
• Create clear, well-organized documentation including user guides, reference manuals, SOPs, and briefing materials
• Develop document templates to improve efficiency and consistency
• Partner closely with engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy
• Maintain and update existing documentation to support team workflows
• Review technical documentation with team members to verify quality
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role
• Background in cybersecurity is helpful but not required
• Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to mixed audiences
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Full training provided for tools and processes
Contract length: Full-time
