Position Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns and operational projects that drive engagement and success. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented person who is comfortable working with marketing platforms, project management tools, websites, and data systems to keep campaigns, timelines, and audience information accurate and on track. While this position may support social media and content needs as part of broader campaign execution, it is not primarily a social media or content creator role.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align priorities and support marketing campaign execution
• Execute marketing plans including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and traditional advertising
• Manage and update websites, landing pages, and registration portals
• Support form creation, updates, data collection workflows, and campaign operations
• Build reports and pull targeted lists within marketing platforms to support campaign execution, audience segmentation, performance tracking, and stakeholder updates
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional videos
• Support the team in on-site event marketing and promotion as needed

• Experience with WordPress website management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience using project management tools to organize tasks, track timelines, coordinate deliverables, and support cross-functional marketing initiatives
• Ability to review, update, and maintain accurate marketing and database data to support campaign execution, reporting, and audience segmentation
