We are looking for a service writer to join our remote automotive team. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training to help you get started.
What You’ll Do
As a service writer, you will communicate with customers about vehicle repairs and maintenance, prepare repair estimates, answer service-related questions, and coordinate with other team members. You’ll develop a solid understanding of vehicle systems and learn to translate technical information into clear customer conversations.
Skills/background needed
Strong communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving ability is important. Familiarity with customer service is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates from any background.
