Create and deliver clear, accurate information through websites, social media, and digital channels. You’ll develop content solutions across a variety of platforms and topics, working independently with guidance and support from your team.
What You’ll Do:
Produce short-form visual content including graphics, captioned video, and carousel posts. Manage and maintain active social media platforms by scheduling posts, optimizing content, and adapting messaging for different platforms. Research topics and synthesise complex information into clear, accessible content. Work under tight deadlines and respond to emerging priorities. Learn and use content creation tools, analytics dashboards, and workflow platforms as part of the role.
Skills/background needed:
Experience creating digital content for social media or web platforms. Ability to write clearly and edit work carefully. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva is helpful. High school diploma or equivalent. A portfolio or examples of previous work is required.
Nice to have:
Experience with social media management tools or analytics. Knowledge of how platform algorithms affect content visibility. Experience coordinating content across multiple team members. Familiarity with design or video editing tools. Bachelor’s degree. Experience using AI tools for writing or design support.
