We are looking for a beginner-friendly Content Designer and Writer to help shape clear, useful content for digital products and experiences. This is a fully remote role where full training is provided, so no prior professional experience is required.
Roles: Analyze customer experiences, structure and model content, and work with researchers and designers to improve how information is organized. Write and edit clear content that helps people find and understand what they need.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time for 6 to 7 months, with the potential to extend.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary. Full training provided. A willingness to learn content writing and organization, good attention to detail, and clear written communication are all you need to get started.
