We are looking for beginner journalists and news writers to join a supportive news team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided – no prior professional experience required. If you enjoy writing clear, accurate stories and are curious about the world, we would love to hear from you.
What you will do:
Write short, factual news stories and updates for web and audio formats. Help prepare brief newscasts and reports. Find and record simple audio using provided tools. Work with a friendly team to develop story ideas. Meet daily deadlines and stay calm when news moves quickly. Learn to use basic studio and publishing tools with guidance from the team.
Skills/background needed:
Comfortable writing in clear, conversational English. Good grammar and attention to detail. Willingness to learn audio and editing tools. Able to work independently and ask for help when needed. Flexible schedule for occasional early or late coverage. A degree in journalism or communications is helpful but not required. Full training is provided for the right attitude.
Work format: Fully remote, work from anywhere. Flexible hours with some early and late coverage available.
