We’re looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll create clear, engaging content that explains complex technical topics to a wide audience. You’ll work with product teams, sales, and customers to develop documentation, blog posts, case studies, and other written materials. No prior experience required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
This is a fully remote position, so you can work from home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
What You’ll Do:
Create written content including white papers, product documentation, blog articles, and digital materials that help customers understand technical solutions. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language. Work directly with customers, sales teams, and product managers to understand how products solve real-world problems, then transform those stories into engaging case studies and success stories. Develop messaging frameworks that highlight product value and differentiate offerings in the market. Collaborate across teams to ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with product strategy. Research industry trends and emerging technologies to support thought leadership initiatives.
Skills/background needed:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences. Comfortable collaborating with teams across product management, marketing, and sales. Familiarity with basic search engine optimization principles and keyword research. Experience with Google Docs and similar writing tools. A willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment. No degree or prior technical writing experience required—we value your ability to communicate clearly and learn quickly.
