About the role:
We’re looking for an organized, relationship-focused coordinator to help manage and grow our creator community. This is a people-first role focused on keeping creators engaged, supported, and motivated to consistently create content.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for our creator affiliates
- Manage creator communication across multiple platforms, email, and our team systems
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators
- Re-engage creators who have become inactive
- Follow up on product samples, content opportunities, campaigns, and launches
- Support creator onboarding and help troubleshoot questions or issues
- Communicate new promotions, campaigns, and partnership opportunities
- Keep organized notes on creator relationships, follow-ups, and history in our systems
Skills/background needed:
- Experience in creator relations, affiliate marketing, community management, or a similar role (or a genuine willingness to learn)
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Naturally personable and comfortable building relationships online
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfortable managing a high volume of creator conversations
- Proactive, resourceful, and confident following up with creators
- Familiarity with creator culture and social commerce platforms
- Experience with creator management tools or team communication platforms is a plus, but not required
What we’re looking for:
You enjoy working with creators and building genuine relationships. You’re organized enough to manage a large community, but personable enough that creators feel like they’re talking to a real member of the team. Full training will be provided—no prior experience in this specific area is necessary if you have the right attitude and communication skills.
