YouTube Content Coordinator – Remote Entry Level

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented YouTube Content Coordinator to help manage and optimize our video channel. In this role, you’ll handle video uploads, create thumbnail variations, manage video metadata, and use analytics to understand how our content performs. You’ll work with our team to ensure every video is set up for success on the platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Upload videos to YouTube and add all technical elements like tags, end screens, info cards, and chapters
• Create and test different thumbnail designs to find what works best
• Run simple A/B tests on video titles and thumbnails to discover top-performing combinations
• Write clear, engaging video titles, descriptions, and pinned comments
• Monitor and respond to viewer comments to build community
• Keep the Community Tab active with regular polls and updates

Skills/background needed:

• Familiarity with YouTube Studio (or willingness to learn)
• Basic understanding of how YouTube analytics work
• Comfortable using simple design tools like Canva to create or edit thumbnails
• Strong written English for descriptions and community management
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• No prior YouTube experience required—we provide full training
