About the Role:
We’re looking for a Web & Digital Marketing Designer to join our team. You’ll work from home designing, building, updating, and publishing responsive webpages and landing pages using WordPress and Elementor. This role combines visual design with hands-on website production to create engaging, accessible digital experiences.
You’ll implement on-page SEO elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, heading structures, image alt text, and internal links. You’ll also identify opportunities to strengthen website content by recognising missing customer questions, FAQs, and explanations that support search performance objectives.
This role independently manages routine website and creative production while collaborating with the marketing team and other departments. You’ll also support marketing and sales initiatives through the creation of digital assets, presentations, event materials, and multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, maintain, publish, and quality-assure responsive webpages and landing pages in WordPress using Elementor
• Create and manage website templates, global styles, and reusable sections to ensure consistency and scalability
• Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, heading structures, alt text, and internal linking
• Apply keyword and search insights to improve webpage structure, user experience, and content performance
• Identify content opportunities, FAQs, and customer questions that support search performance objectives
• Develop marketing materials, campaign assets, presentations, event materials, and email graphics
• Create assets for social media, webinars, and sales enablement initiatives
• Produce and edit lightweight multimedia content, including videos, social clips, webinar recordings, and basic motion graphics
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and visual identity guidelines
• Conduct website quality assurance reviews for responsiveness, accessibility, browser compatibility, and performance
• Manage multiple projects, stakeholder reviews, revisions, and deadlines
• Collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into visual communications
• Maintain organised files, brand assets, and version control processes
Skills/background needed:
• Experience designing, building, and publishing WordPress websites using Elementor
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
• Strong visual design skills with expertise in typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to design responsive websites and landing pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques
• Knowledge of website accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience with video editing, podcasts, or motion graphics is a plus
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work within and extend established brand guidelines
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
Hours of work: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, following an agreed-upon schedule. Occasional extended hours may be required to support marketing campaigns, website launches, and other business priorities.
