We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Web Content Associate to join our Digital Content team. In this entry-level role, you’ll help create, optimize, and maintain product content across multiple websites, ensuring customers have accurate, engaging, and up-to-date product information.

What You’ll Do
Create, update, and maintain product pages within a content management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop knowledge of assigned product categories and industry terminology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and content initiatives. Manage tasks and deadlines using project management tools. Research product information using internal systems and external resources. Identify and help resolve content issues and data gaps. Contribute to website enhancements and digital content projects. Support improvements to the customer shopping experience.
Skills/background needed
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Experience with a content management system is preferred. Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus. No prior experience required—full training provided.
