We are looking for a friendly, organized person to join our team as a Warranty Support Representative. This is a fully remote, entry-level role with full training provided — no prior experience is needed. You will help homeowners resolve warranty requests and make sure every issue is handled quickly and properly.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate service visits with contractors, review completed work, and help close out warranty claims. Respond to all service requests promptly and return customer calls quickly. Follow up with homeowners at set intervals to confirm satisfaction. Keep clear records of each request and work toward high customer satisfaction.
Skills/background needed:
No experience or degree required. A friendly phone and written manner, basic organization, and willingness to learn are all you need. Comfortable using a computer and keeping track of appointments.
Contract length:
Full-time, with the potential to move into a permanent role.
