We are looking for friendly, motivated people to join our team as Virtual Benefits Enrollment Representatives. This is a fully remote, entry-level role — no prior industry experience is needed, and full training and support are provided.
Roles:
– Meet with clients over Zoom to help them enroll in benefit programs
– Explain options in a clear, simple, and relatable way
– Help clients complete online enrollment forms accurately
– Schedule and manage virtual appointments
– Use basic computer skills (email, video calls, online systems) daily
– Follow a proven process with training and support provided
– Work independently while being part of a supportive team
Skills/background needed:
– Coachable, with high integrity
– A genuine desire to help others
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
– No degree or prior experience required — full training provided
