About the position
We are looking for an entry-level Technical Writing Specialist to join our remote team. This is a beginner-friendly role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is required. Responsibilities
• Write, edit, and proofread manuals, reports, and other documentation for a range of readers.
• Research topics and check written materials for accuracy and clear grammar.
• Help prepare polished documents that meet audience needs and project goals.
• Work with a supportive team to keep written content consistent and well organized.
Skills/background needed
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is welcome but not required.
• Comfort with reading, writing, and basic research.
• Willingness to learn new tools and follow simple guidelines.
• Good attention to detail and clear communication.
