Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary. Full training provided. You should be able to explain technical ideas in a clear, structured way, write well in English, and pay close attention to detail. Comfort working with teams and keeping content accurate is helpful.
You will write and organise user guides, onboarding materials, frequently asked questions, and release notes. You will work closely with others to gather information and keep documentation up to date, following a consistent tone and structure.
This is a fully remote role. You can work from home or work from anywhere.
