Roles: We are looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to create clear, easy-to-follow documentation for software and systems. This is a work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior professional writing experience is required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, with potential to move into a permanent role.
What you will do:
Write, edit, and update user guides, technical manuals, and release notes. Work with engineers and other team members to gather information and check accuracy. Follow existing templates and style guides to keep documentation consistent. Review your work for clarity and completeness. Manage a few writing tasks at once and meet deadlines.
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Good attention to detail. Comfortable asking questions and learning new topics. Basic familiarity with Google Docs or Microsoft Word is helpful but not required. Full training is provided for the rest.
Work format: Fully remote. Work from home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
