We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to join our fully remote team. This is an entry-level role with no prior experience required, and full training is provided. You will help plan, write, edit, and proofread documents such as manuals, procedures, and reports.
Day to day, you will draft and check documents for clear grammar, spelling, and consistent formatting. You will work with team members to keep document workflows on track, maintain an organised electronic library of files, and carry out quality checks before documents are shared. You may also help new writers learn the process.
Skills/background needed: A basic comfort with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat is helpful, along with good organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and spoken English is important. Anyone with a willingness to learn is welcome to apply, and full training is provided.
