We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to join a fully remote team. In this work-from-home role, you will create clear, user-friendly documentation for software and hardware products. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities
– Write and update user guides, help pages, how-to articles, and installation manuals.
– Work with team members and product experts to gather information.
– Prepare documents for translation and keep them organised.
– Share drafts for review and keep records of updates.
Skills/background needed
– Comfortable writing and editing in clear English.
– Good attention to detail and basic organisation skills.
– Willingness to learn new tools and topics.
– A degree in writing, communications, or a related field is helpful but not required.
