We are looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, accurate documentation for a software platform and related monitoring tools. This is a beginner-friendly, fully remote role with full training provided, so no prior professional experience is necessary.
Roles:
Write and update help articles, guides, and product documentation. Move existing content into a new content management system and keep formatting consistent using shared templates. Check documents for accuracy by working closely with product, engineering, and support colleagues.
Skills/background needed:
Good written English and a careful eye for detail. Comfortable learning new software and following templates. Interest in making complex information easy to understand. Training and mentoring are provided, so a willingness to learn matters more than experience.
Contract length: Ongoing, with flexible full time or part time hours.
