We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, user-focused documentation for complex products. You’ll work with engineers, product teams, and subject matter experts to turn technical information into guides, manuals, and procedures that help users get the most from their systems.
What you’ll do:
• Write and edit technical documentation including user guides, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and release notes
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to understand products and user workflows
• Manage documentation projects from start to finish, tracking milestones and priorities
• Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to keep projects on track
• Help establish documentation standards and best practices across the team
Skills/background needed:
• Experience writing technical documentation for end users
• Ability to read and understand engineering documentation
• Comfortable creating content in multiple formats (Word, XML, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and passion for clear, user-focused writing
• No prior experience required—full training provided for the right candidate
Work format:
Fully remote. You’ll collaborate with teams across different time zones using email, video calls, and team chat apps.
