Roles: We are looking for a trainee technical writer to create clear, plain-language product documentation and helpful guides. You will work with experienced teammates and subject experts to draft new articles, refresh existing content, and build simple help resources such as user guides, release notes, and tool tips.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, remote.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required and full training is provided. You should be a recent graduate or early-career writer with strong written and verbal communication, curiosity, and a collaborative attitude. You need to be organized, able to juggle several projects, and committed to writing that is consistent, concise, and clear. Familiarity with Markdown, content tools, or basic HTML is a bonus, but not essential. We will help you learn everything you need along the way.
This is a fully remote role, so you can work from home or anywhere that suits you.
