We are looking for an entry-level technical writer to join a growing documentation team. You will work fully remote, creating clear user guides, manuals, and technical specifications for software products.
What you’ll do:
Partner with product managers and subject matter experts to understand complex software features. Turn technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation. Create manuals, guides, and specifications that help end users understand and use products confidently. Work with a collaborative team to improve how we communicate technical concepts.
Skills/background needed:
No prior technical writing experience required. You should be comfortable learning software tools, have strong written communication skills, and enjoy translating complicated ideas into simple language. Attention to detail and the ability to work with different teams is important.
