Overview
We are looking for a beginner-friendly Technical Writer to create clear, user-focused documentation. This is a fully remote role with full training provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
Roles:
Write and update user guides, manuals, and online help content. Gather information from team members to keep documentation accurate. Turn complex ideas into simple, easy-to-follow steps. Review your work with others and improve content over time. Manage a few projects at once and keep track of timelines.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. A degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field is helpful. Basic comfort with Google Docs and Microsoft Word. Good written communication and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided.
