Roles: We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to turn complex technical information into clear, easy-to-read content for a range of users.
What you’ll do:
Create and maintain user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and help centre articles. Work with product and support teams to understand technical concepts and explain them simply. Keep documentation consistent with style guidelines and review feedback to improve quality. Manage several documentation projects at once and meet deadlines.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required – full training is provided. You should be comfortable explaining technical ideas in plain language, have good written communication and organisational skills, and be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team. Familiarity with Google Docs and WordPress (basic editing) is helpful but not essential.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Freelance, with the potential to move into a part-time role.
Location: Remote work worldwide (English speaking preferred)
