We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate documentation for complex technical products. You’ll write user manuals, procedure guides, specifications, and operational documentation that helps people understand and use our systems effectively.
What You’ll Do
• Write and edit technical manuals, procedure guides, and specification documents
• Gather technical information from engineers, product developers, and system documentation
• Test systems in controlled environments to verify documentation accuracy
• Work with engineering and operations teams to understand product requirements
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts through interviews and technical reviews
• Support product development cycles and ensure documentation stays current
Skills/background needed
• Strong written communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to learn technical systems and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience collaborating with technical teams
• Familiarity with Agile development processes is helpful but not required
