We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, accurate documentation for our products. You’ll work from home, supporting our sales and product teams by developing specifications, pricing documentation, and technical guides.
What you’ll do:
Create and maintain product specifications and technical documentation. Prepare accurate quotes and pricing guides based on product requirements. Work with regional managers and sales teams to ensure documentation meets customer needs. Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining quality. Support vendor relationships by keeping pricing and product information current.
Skills/background needed:
Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage data in spreadsheets and database systems. Self-motivated with good time management. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with teams across different regions. No prior experience required—we provide full training.
