We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join a growing team in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. This is a fully remote position where you’ll develop, edit, and maintain critical technical documentation that supports packaging development and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do:
Author and maintain technical documentation including development reports, assessment plans, validation records, and supporting reports. Coordinate reviews across teams including packaging development, quality assurance, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs. Consolidate technical data into clear, compliant documentation. Support change controls and audit activities. Develop templates, standard operating procedures, and work instructions. Ensure all documentation meets industry compliance standards.
Skills and experience needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Packaging Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare environments is helpful but not required. Familiarity with document management systems is a plus. You’ll need strong attention to detail, ability to coordinate across teams, analytical thinking, and understanding of regulatory compliance basics. Full training will be provided.
Contract length: 12 months, extendable to 24 months, with potential to transition to permanent employment.
