We’re looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our content team. You’ll research, analyze, and develop clear, accurate content about corporate actions, tax implications, and securities matters for financial professionals and institutions.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll research and analyze complex corporate transactions (mergers, spin-offs, exchanges) and their tax consequences. Your work will include reviewing financial documents, legal filings, and tax guidance to produce accurate, publishable content on tight deadlines. You’ll collaborate with team members through the editorial review process, manage multiple research assignments, and communicate professionally with internal teams and clients.
Skills/background needed:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred. Some background in tax, accounting, legal compliance, or finance is helpful, but we’ll provide full training. You’ll need strong research and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to understand complex financial and legal documents, and clear written communication. Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines is important.
