We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join a fully remote team creating and maintaining internal documentation for engineering and product teams. You’ll work from home, supporting developers, analysts, and product managers with clear, well-organized guides and system documentation.
What you’ll do:
Create and update internal documentation covering business concepts, analytical models, backend and frontend systems, and infrastructure. You’ll review contributions from other teams, encourage a culture of clear writing, and spot gaps in documentation that need filling. The role includes variety—you might document new products one week and help other departments the next.
What we’re looking for:
1–3 years of writing or editing experience in a technical environment. You’ll need to understand the software development lifecycle and be able to influence people without formal authority. Helpful extras include familiarity with Git, docs-as-code tools, or the ability to read and explain code snippets—but these aren’t essential.
Work style:
Fully remote, work from anywhere. You’ll have autonomy to choose which tasks to prioritize, raise documentation standards, and improve processes. Full training and support provided to get you up to speed quickly.
