We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, writing, editing, and verifying high-quality technical documents that help clients and teams understand complex systems and processes.
What you’ll do:
You’ll work with software developers and project teams to document project deliverables and requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
• Translating business needs into clearly written technical specifications and documentation
• Writing, rewriting, and verifying technical documents such as system design documents, user guides, manuals, and training materials
• Ensuring all documents meet quality standards and compliance requirements
• Interviewing subject matter experts and conducting research to gather accurate technical information
• Creating new documentation and updating existing materials as needed
• Examining documents to verify accuracy and completeness
• Managing multiple documentation projects simultaneously
• Tracking and reporting on project progress from start to completion
• Collaborating with teams across the organisation to resolve questions and compile required changes
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience writing different types of technical documents (user guides, system specifications, training materials)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with document management systems and graphic software is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile software development is helpful but not required
Contract length: Full-time, on-site position
