We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for researching, writing, editing, and maintaining technical documentation including operation and maintenance manuals, installation guides, service manuals, and specification sheets. This role offers the opportunity to transform complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content that helps customers understand and use our products effectively.
About This Role
As a Technical Writer, your key responsibilities will include:
Writing, editing, and maintaining technical documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Participating in publication planning, scheduling, and product development activities
Improving documentation quality based on feedback from internal and external users
Enhancing publications through illustrations, graphics, and visual elements to increase clarity and engagement
Working with structured content strategies to improve efficiency and content reuse
Skills/background needed: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical writing, or a related field. Three or more years of experience as a technical writer. Experience with content management systems and structured writing standards. High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly. Knowledge of technical products in the energy or industrial sector is beneficial. Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
