We’re looking for a detail-oriented writer to help document healthcare IT systems and processes. You’ll create clear, user-friendly materials that help both technical and non-technical team members understand complex workflows and tools.
What you’ll do:
Write and edit technical documentation, training materials, user guides, and process workflows. Gather information from subject matter experts and translate complex healthcare IT concepts into clear, accessible language. Maintain version control of documentation and ensure consistency across all materials. Research technical topics and verify accuracy of medical and healthcare terminology.
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing and editing skills. Ability to learn healthcare and medical terminology quickly. Comfortable working with computer systems and documentation tools like Google Docs and Notion. Attention to detail and ability to translate complex information for different audiences. No prior healthcare IT experience required—we provide full training.
