What You’ll Do
• Draft and maintain documents, diagrams, briefing slides, training materials, and meeting records
• Translate technical information into clear, readable content for both technical and executive audiences
• Develop user guidance, installation instructions, and system specifications in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Coordinate online documentation using standard content management systems
• Track documentation tasks and timelines; provide regular status updates
Skills/background needed
• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of technical documentation experience (or 8+ years without degree)
• Experience documenting cybersecurity or cloud programmes is a plus
• Comfort with standard documentation tools and content management systems
• Strong written communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly
• No prior clearance required — full training provided
