We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate and engaging content about cybersecurity, identity security and emerging technology. You’ll write about both technical products and broader industry topics, including security trends, best practices, compliance requirements and thought leadership.
What you’ll do:
Research and write technical content for multiple audiences—from IT administrators and developers to compliance professionals and end users. Create product one-pagers, datasheets, solution briefs, white papers, blog posts and website content. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible messaging. Partner with product and engineering teams to understand functionality and validate accuracy. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from research through publication. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Skills/background needed:
Experience writing technical content about software, SaaS products or enterprise technology. Strong research, writing and editing skills. Ability to understand complex information and explain it clearly to different audiences. Comfortable collaborating with engineers, product managers and subject matter experts. Attention to detail, self-motivation and ability to manage multiple projects. Familiarity with WordPress is a plus, but not required.
