We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to create clear, user-friendly documentation for a marketing platform. You’ll transform complex features into simple guides, manuals, and instructional content that help users understand how to use the system effectively.
What you’ll do:
• Write and maintain user guides, developer documentation, and step-by-step instructions
• Work with engineers and product teams to understand features and gather information
• Break down technical concepts into clear, easy-to-follow language
• Organize documentation to be easy to navigate and search
• Test documentation for accuracy and clarity before release
• Follow formatting and style guidelines consistently
• Suggest improvements to documentation practices based on user feedback

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Comfort explaining technical concepts to different audiences
• Attention to detail and organisation
• No prior technical writing experience required – full training provided
