We’re seeking an entry-level writer to create and maintain documentation using AI tools as a core part of the workflow. You’ll draft, edit, and refine content daily, working with AI to produce clear, accurate documentation that serves real users. Full training provided—no prior AI experience required.
What You’ll Do
• Write and maintain documentation so users can find information easily and trust what they read
• Use AI tools daily to generate first drafts, then rewrite for clarity and quality
• Build and test prompts that produce better output, and document what works
• Edit for readability, accuracy, and consistent tone across all materials
• Fact-check names, numbers, and claims before content is published
• Create repeatable writing workflows and templates to help your team work faster
Skills/background needed
• You write clear, straightforward prose
• You’re comfortable experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT and similar platforms
• You can tell the difference between strong writing and low-quality output
• You’re keen to learn prompt writing and automation techniques
• You’re organised, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy
• Authorised to work in the United States
